It doesnt let me allow access to my camera for tiktok,insatgram,and snapchat

i was going on snapchat and it said its a camera app and it said go to settings so i did and there was nothing there and all it said was app clips. so i went to instagram and tiktok and it says the same thing please help me. and i tried everything i saw and that didnt work either
