Subscription not reflecting on the app

Hi,


I have a subscription of JioCinema which i can see in my profile under subscriptions. However, when i try to login on the app, it says mobile number incorrect. I have checked my apple profile and mobile number in it are correct.

Need help on how this can be fixed.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18
