Global Protect process blocked: Can I change the loading order of processes on mac to troubleshoot?

Hi, I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with global protect (any version) getting blocked by an endpoint security process on a small subset of macs and was wondering if I could somehow change the process loading order to see if that resolves/changes the issue? Performing a launchctl unload and load command of the global protect pangpa and pangps processes fixes the issue but the same issue returns after a reboot.

The sysdiagnose log archive shows the following:

2024-05-22 12:36:26.221762 (gui/504/com.paloaltonetworks.gp.pangps [1693]) <Notice>: exited with exit reason (namespace: 27 code: 0x1) - OS_REASON_ENDPOINTSECURITY | An Endpoint Security product on the system denied the process from executing., ran for 13132ms.

Is the process loading order on a mac random or is it the same every time?

I wondered if anyone else has seen this issue?

Thanks for any insight
