purchased new Mac mini with Final Cut Pro. want to put it on my MacBook Pro.

got new Mac mini pre loaded with Final Cut Pro. want to put it on my MacBook Pro tried looking on MacBook Pro App Store under purchase and it doesn't show up. same account
