Photos identifying my new dog as my old dog. How can I keep them separated?

Hi, thank you for taking the time to help me with this.

I adopted a new dog recently. His name is Brutus. He looks very much so like my other dog, Ben, who passed away earlier this year.

the photos app is identifying Brutus as Ben. I can’t figure out how to tell the app that, hey, this isn’t Ben.

Is there a way to tell the app to stop identifying the new pictures as Ben and to make them as Brutus?
