Pending Transaction/Purchase for In-Game Content on Apple Store
I purchased an in-game content that I already received and my online bank confirmed that I was already charged from my debit card. Meaning, it is all cleared from the bank to the game. Now, AppleStore says that the order is still on pending and it has been a week since. I contacted Apple Messaging support but they want me to talk to a supervisor instead and rep did not even attempted to resolve the problem, even asking me to update my payment method, which I don’t want because I might be charges twice for the same purchase. How can I resolve this?
