Adding card to apple wallet that was on it before upgrading phone

I have contacted my bank and read through so many discussions for tips and nothing has worked.

I can’t get my debit card back on my apple wallet after upgrading my phone from the 15 to the 16. I will note that my children have the same bank company and they have their cards in their apple wallet!

Yes, my card is apple wallet compatible and I have tried adding it to my wallet through the bank app itself and I will show that in a screenshot.

I have manually added it to my wallet through settings and the wallet app and I will also show that in a screenshot.

I have reset my network settings based off a tip listed in the apple discussion.

I have removed the Face ID/passcode and then deleted the wallet app and reset my Face ID and reinstalled the wallet app and it still did not work.

I have no restrictions in the screen time settings, I’ve never messed with my region settings but, checked that and it’s all correct. I’ve been trying everything since I got my new 16pro and it won’t work!

Yes, my phone is up to date on the software side!
