Missing name and wallpaper (chroma blue)on settings>Wallpaper>Dynamic Wallpapers

I bought this laptop in 2021 that came with Monterey but ever since I updated to Ventura and still till now in Sequoia I get this bug when I click to switch to chroma blue under dynamic wallpapers (name isn't displayed under either) a wallpaper of a forest which is just confusing because that's not what I clicked. I've been using chroma red ever since but find it annoying I can't switch to my nostalgic wallpaper I once had. Also when I do click on chroma blue it shows a blank blue image in the preview up top (2nd image). I also sometimes get this "?" in the preview as well (4th image)
