I have noticed an issue occurring for a long time, not just on my phone but on other devices as well. When on a call, contact emoji appears down in the background and displays as a duplicate emoji in, which seems awkward and out of place. Please look into this.

I'm not sure what the issue is based on the screenshots, but am guessing its the double hearts? Whether that is an issue with the phone or with the contact poster for the caller, I can't guess.

You seem to under the mistaken impression anyone here works for Apple. This is a user to user only forum. So being less than nice to a fellow poster who took their personal time, they are not being paid to offer isn't necessary.

my option is not to delete the emoji from the contact its better throw this apple mobile away and get a best android os device 🙂
then i can add any number of emoji in my contacts

That's also an option. You should always buy the tool that best meets your needs. Personally, I wouldn't sacrifice the iPhone's security for little cartoons but everyone's needs are different.
