How to track my lost iPad Pro?

February last year in 2023. I was at my mom's house I lost my iPad Pro. I was able to know where it was the last time I saw it was at my mom's house. However, eventually the battery died and I completely lost it. However, my son seems to notice that the Find My has been deactivated because someone stole it? My sister is not very nice. I really think she must've stole it or I completely lost it however, I'm not able to enter my mom's house anymore due to complications. Is there a way I could find my iPad pro it was very expensive. I really don't want any police officer drama I just wanna get this done so I can have my data back. My son keeps bothering me about the iPad Pro. I get so angry at him when he talks about it.

I would check the primary email of the Apple ID that was signed in on the iPad Pro. There should be an email letting you know if find my was disabled. And does your sister happen to know the password of the Apple ID that was signed in? Your Apple ID password is required before anyone can turn off Find My, erase your device, or reactivate and use your device.
