MacBook Pro M1 overheating when operating back office Wordpress website

MacBook Pro M1 8Gb ram/256Gb hdd always used for heavy tasks (photo, video, audio editing) without ANY issues. Just updated to Sequoia 15.1. I just started working at a back office of a Wordpress website. As soon as I start working, temperatures go crazy and my Mac throttle a lot until I can't do anything. I'm using updated Chrome as bowser. I had to install Fan Control in order to have fan working because without that app no fan noise even at 80° of M1 cores. I'm concerned about this issues. Any suggestions, please? thanks a lot in advance 🙏

Good move on Macs Fan Control.

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>View>All Processes, Energy tab, sort on Energy Impact.
