Why is my iPhone 14 Pro Max acting like a trusted device?

Somehow this phone is seen as a Mac and when I look for a trusted device it calls this phone its trusted device. I know it’s been under admin control for over a year even though it’s my phone. I figured that must have happened when it was lost for a week in 2022. Just today I was looking at something in safari, the phone was getting hot(it’s cold here) in my hand, and while I stared at it it started scrolling, swiping and moving from page to page while I just watched it go to where it wanted. This has happened 3 times today. I’ve been battling this for 3 years across 3 phones. Been to Apple at least 10 times. Desperate. I can’t lose my pictures and files. It’s all evidence.
