My Macbook Pro doesn't support 165hz anymore after update

Hi, I was able to use my monitor as extended display and with the cable I use it supports up to 165hz, yesterday I've updated OS to 15.1.1 and now it shows only 60hz under the Displays tab. Is there any solution so far?

Thanks,

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.1

that appears to be a 2K display.

its posted specs go out of their way to say this is and 8-bit/pixel display. but you have turned ON HDR declaring that you wish to use 10-bit per pixel. Since the display does not appear to Display 10 bits/color anyway, what happens when you turn OFF HDR?.

These interfaces:

2 x HDMI 2.0

1 x Displayport 1.2 (capable for HDR)

1 x USB Type-C (Alternate Mode; Upstream port; Power Delivery up to 18W)

what cables, adapters and docks are in use?

what was the previous version of macOS?
