Locally saved Notes IOS 18.1.1 not accessable

I have has problems with notes since IOS 18 install.

I live in a location where the internet is fairly appalling so to ensure that I always can access a couple of Notes files I save them locally rather than to the cloud.

( just to clarify - they DO NOT EXIST on the icloud server, so the “get around” options of editing on the cloud is not possible)

I was hoping with the latest IOS update 18.1.1 that I would be able to open these at last.

Bonus - at least they are displayed on my files list, Unfortunately the moment I try to open these local files the app freezes and I am unable to see the contents - Does anyone know if this will be resolved with the next IOS update?
