Battery replaced, MacBook turned off around 60, Replaced again, Now the issue stars again after three weeks of replacement.

I have a MacBook Pro 2017 A1708 mode. I got a battery replacement in September at a service center which specialized in MacBook. After a month, my MacBook starts turning off at 40, then at 50 and then 60. When I turned it on again by charging it, the batter showed 0. I brought my Mac to the shop again and they got me another battery. It was working fine until today. My MacBook starts turning off around 40%. I have to charge it to turn it on again, which shows 0%. When I check the battery settings, all the history are gone. Battery health is normal. Should I bring it back to the store? What could be the issue of this? I appreciate any suggestion.

It sounds like you did not go to an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Can you confirm an Apple Authorized Service Provider performed the battery replacement?

It is extremely rare for a new official original Apple OEM battery to fail once, but unheard of for it to occur twice.

However, for a third party Lithium Battery this would not be surprising since the quality of most third party Lithium batteries is extremely poor. The only third party batteries I even consider are from OWC or iFixIt, but I have gotten bad batteries from them as well because the quality of most third party batteries are extremely poor. Yes things are that bad.
