My iPhone 15 pro is on 99% battery health and everything seems ok but as you can see on the screenshot I go from 80% to below 17% by using less than 2 hours of active screen time. Is this normal?

Where are you seeing this drop? At 12Noon your at about 75% and at 9 am the following morning your at just under 20%. You dropped 55% in 21 hours.
Did you just update the iOS on your iPhone? It looks like a lot of background activity is going on. This is normal for a recently updated iPhone.
