It might be easiest to get the photos to a Mac or PC – and from there, copy them onto a USB flash drive. There are various ways of getting photos to a Mac or PC.

I don’t want to download anything but pictures and videos of my dogs and and work pictures and there’s some pictures of great greatsgrand parents I don’t want to lose but as screenshots or recordings of my transactions if I wasn’t supposed to do it keep them and send the pictures or whatever they want I want no problems with any company that I’ve accessed. Pay pal I think is mad about something I did on there app but they want me to let them have direct access my bank account and that’s not gonna happen I have already set up a credit card too use for their account if I need delete my just tell me because they won’t tell me anything If I ve done something wrong can’t get any answers or even talk to them it always chats and I can’t understand that stuff

You realize that you are not talking to Apple right?

We cannot download your pictures for you, and we cannot save your pictures in iCloud for you. You are the one who has to take steps to download your photos – and/or to keep them in iCloud. It is fine to use iCloud Photos, and then also download selected photos to a USB flash drive later, but only you can make it happen.
