Resizing icloud photos and taskbar text on my PC

I recently had this issue - and found an old question on support - but it was so old that I couldn't reply with the solution - so thought I'd post it here in case someone else was finding the same issue.

The original question was : "I recently logged into my icloud.com account on my PC to manage my photos. While selecting individual photos, I did something that caused all the task bars in icloud.com to shrink so small I cannot see anything and my photos to increase 3x in size. I have wandered through my SETTINGS to find a solution - to no avail. I am afraid that I will click on something that will do damage to my photos and videos. HOW do I INCREASE the size of the task bars and get the sizing back to normal? Thank you for your help."

What I found was that the issue was caused when I scrolled the mouse wheel - but was also holding <ctl> on the keyboard at the same time (I had been selecting multiple photos) - that both resized the photos - and also resized the text in the task bars making them very hard to read (at the time I didn't realise quite what I'd done). To resolve - do the same - hold <ctl> and adjust the wheel until you get the desired font size vs photo size on the screen.

Hope this helps - it certainly baffled me for a while
