Is it possible to show my Company name on outgoing calls as caller ID?

We're a carrier in Austria, and CNAM ist not supported here.

And because of that we're looking for an alternative to get this to work.

I have seen this working before, so there has to be a way.

But unfortunately i have not found any documentation on this and the business support hasn't come up with an answer so far.

But there is one news-article from apple from last month that suggests that it might work in the near future:

I think i phrased the question wrong.

I once had a doctor call me from a landline number which i didnt have in my contacts at all.

Never had any interactions with him at no point.

But when he called me, his name showed up on my phone, not the number.

Now im trying to do the same with my Company name.

When i call somebody from my landline, i want my company name displayed on the callee's phone.

( Samsung uses something called SmartCall for that, with apple im not so sure what i have to do )

It seems it has something to do with Apple Business Connect.

In some cases it works ( after registering my number in apple business connect ), but not always.

It looks like whenever i open apple maps, and open the card of my business - for the next hour or so my company name gets displayed on my iphone. After that i just see the calling number from my landline.

so my question is if somebody knows how this works ...

strange, i dont have "Call Blocking & Identification" ...

I even searched for "Business Call Identifier" in Settings-Search - no results.

I have iOs 18.1, maybe this has to do with my ios version ...
