iCloud for Windows 15.3.138.0 breaks Windows 11 23H2 hibernation.

Hello Everybody


My Windows 11 Pro laptop has failed to hibernate for along time until I stopped iCloud for Windows from starting. I also have iCloud Outlook 14.2.0.122 installed. I have no operational issues with iCloud whatsoever.


I have no such issues with Onedrive inhibiting hibernation.


It's a shame that you cannot shutdown iCloud as a workaround!


I'm reaching out for similar experiences and a work around.


I'm running Windows 11 Pro Build 22631 and have thus far avoided adding 24H2!
