Blocked Number Still Reaches Me

I blocked my toxic sister. No, she’s not using other numbers. No, she isn’t smart enough to use some kind of hidden number software. No, it’s not a spammer. Yes, my phone is up to date. It’s one phone number I know well that I blocked in my contacts and she can still call and text me. I have searched all over the internet and this has been a problem for iPhone users at least since early 2020. How has Apple not fixed this?!?! If someone has a fix, please tell me. But you shouldn’t have to be a genius to get this done. Such a bad look/experience for iPhone users.
