Why is my iPhone 15 going straight to voicemail when I make a call. I can receive calls with no issues, but I can't make one

Just to clarify, this is when you're calling someone else and when you call, that call is going straight to that person's voicemail? If so, that is completely a factor of the settings or account on the receiving end. It has nothing to do with your own iPhone.

Again, if this is happening when you call someone else, it has nothing to do with your own phone, so there is nothing you can do other than let the person you're calling know that it's happening. Focus and other such settings only affect what happens when someone calls you.

I have tried the focus button, the do not disturb button and none of it is wrong. What else could I try?
I may have fixed it. His Wi-Fi calling wasn't on and I don't know if he did not have a good signal. When he turned it on, it started working.
