VoLTE missing UK?

My new iPhone 15 on Three UK network does not have LTE or VoLTE settings available to switch on or off. My provider wanted me to turn it on as I’ve had issues making and receiving calls. I told them it wasn’t there and they kept blaming me for doing to

wrong? Has it been removed? Do I need to get it installed? Take

it somewhere to enable it on the device?

All iPhones from the iPhone 6 onward support VoLTE. There is no option to turn it on or off anymore as it is required by all supported carriers at this point.

It’s on. Full stop.

Whoever you were dealing with at your carrier is just a tad bit behind the times.

Nope, you'll need to take your phone into Three and have a tech look at it. Cellular data and VoLTE is their feature.
