How can I stop iPad from prompting for iOS updates?
Have 64gig total. After removing all apps possible still not enough room to install iOS 18. How do I get rid of the notification to update?

You can't remove the notification. But you may be able to update it through a computer if you have access to one. That requires less space on the iPad than trying to update over the air. See:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Finder - Apple Support
or
Use your Windows device to update software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Hope this helps.

I don't denigrate your experience, but what you report in your other thread is an unusual circumstance and not a global issue, and almost certainly was not iOS 18 actually damaging your iPhone. More likely the issue, if it was indeed hardware, was an undiscovered hardware fault damaging iOS 18. But with so few details about what was tried or what ended up being done I can't offer anything further. All I can say is that iOS 18 is working fine for thousands if not millions of us.
Regards.
Hello again ~ This is off topic to this thread. I have updated my iPhone and iPad and none of the updates “destroyed” anything. The latest update is an important security update and should be applied. Recommending otherwise isn’t helpful.

Hello.
It can be slower.
iOS 18 destroyed my iPhone.
You can see there why.

How much free space do you have?
My bad. Only have 32gig total
After offloading everything possible there is still not enough room for install
Which model is it?

Hello~ Why? Recommending against updates isn’t wise.

I saw a lot of posts with same problem, I don’t think it’s a hardware problem, but I’ll see.
You’re lucky.
It depends on everyone, I’ll wait a few days before updating.
