Add iOS Shortcut to Settings (I.e. Safari Settings) to Home Page?

Would like to be able to access this settings page directly from home page in iOS and iPadOS, versus scrolling and tapping, now even more with Apps in the path, versus being right in Main Menu.

I know I’ve done this before, but it must have been thru an app that I’ve forgotten. Basically a way to save some taps and scrolling thru settings to find what you want to adjust. I’m always going into a safari settings. Too much work now IMHO.

So would be awesome to have shortcut or link on home page to open that directly.

Tried doing it via Shortcuts App, but doesn’t look doable from the online web ones I’ve searched.

Does anyone remember an app that can do this, or how to do it thru settings.

I may be remembering a MacOS capability, which can’t be done on iOS but that doesn’t seem right.

Thx in advance.
