Problema batteria

Grazie

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.1

What can I do? I also tried to turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but I didn't solve anything. Thank you

Before you select "Shutdown", press the Caps Lock key so the Caps Lock LED is lit. When the laptop completely powers off the Caps Lock LED should go out.

Keep in mind that many things can cause these USB-C Apple laptops to power back on again (or wake from sleep):

  • Connecting or disconnecting items including the power adapter can sometimes cause the laptop to wake up or power on.
  • Pressing any key on the Keyboard,
  • Pressing or sometimes just brushing the Trackpad can trigger a wake/power on event.
  • Opening the Display Clamshell Lid (sometimes even moving or closing the Display Clamshell Lid can do it if the Lid Angle Sensor is defective)
  • Software or configuration issues can prevent the laptop from sleeping or powering off

If you are only closing the Display Clamshell Lid to sleep the laptop, then that is only a suggestion for the system to sleep. macOS can wake up many times for various events....sometimes the system can get stuck and not go to sleep again.

If the laptop is near an electrical outlet, then keep the laptop connected to the power adapter.
