Cannot open or repair damaged Photos library on Mac
When trying to open up my photoslibrary, I'm getting a message it cannot be open or repaired. Is there any way to remedy this?

Maybe. Where is the Library? Is it in the Pictures folder on your internal drive? If it is, did you try repairing it the Library? To do that, close Photos and re-launch by option-command-clicking the app icon. (And if it's not in the Pictures folder, don't try repairing!)
Let us know where the Library is-- we need that first.
Do you have backups?
