MacBook Air M3 8GB RAM recall and upgrade

1. One month back I bought MacBook M3 base variant which have only 8GB RAM but now Apple decide to give 16 RAM as base variant at same price but what about those buy MacBook Air M3 base with 8GB RAM in recent time and MacBook Air M3 itself is not one year old .
2. My suggestion is that Apple should recall there MacBook Air M3 which have 8GB RAM and replace 8GB RAM with 16GB RAM for free .
