My states lottery scanner app

I have a Michigan lottery mobile app and the built in scanner is not working and all settings on my phone and my app are on properly . The player relations call center as well said they're were no issues with my account etc. apple said all of my software was up to date with Michigan lottery mobile app, it is also not working on the web browser , or manual entries just appears with your account can not check tickets at this time. Shortly after all apps and all websites with a higher verification process says they're are unable to set an account up like money pak through green dot, witch I purchased due to my cash app account being closed due to my account being in violation with their terms of service I have had this account for years haven't changed anything or used any apps to purchase or fund what they are saying my bank statement also doesn't show any attempts of faulty charges so angry .
