Cannot buy music on Itunes

Ever since ITunes is accessible only thought Apple music, it has been nothing but a headache. The new thing now is that I can't buy buy music anymore. I have contacted the support and a second level tech should have contacted me, but nothing.

The section titles are there, no songs nor albums to click on or to listen to.

Anyone has an idea how to correct the problem?
