Can iPhone be set up to automatically answer calls with a text message?

I have a 3rd Gen iPhone SE running the latest iOS

Is there a way to have iPhone answer incoming calls automatically with a text message? I mean not without you having to actually field the call and toggle the "answer with text" option.

Like I am mowing the lawn and want the iPhone to respond with a text to incoming calls that "I am mowing the lawn and will call you when I am done" for instance. Of course this would not work for calls from Android... probably....
