old vid. clip from 1930s. It has a Spinning globe with the Eiffel Tower on top and reads "An Rko radio picture".

How do I block out the "An RKO Radio Picture" and put in my own words, co. etc. I have done this years ago

blocking out the original wording (Black rectangle) and replaced the words in the blanks. Now I can not find any way to repeat the same Masking as before? any ideas?

Thank you
