Green Tint Flicker on iphone 12 Pro

I have noticed that I have a green tint flicker on my iPhone 12 Pro when using darkmode, brightness below 50% and in a dark room.

Is this an ios bug or a screen replacement is required?

Am currently using iOS 18.1.1
