Screen time double counting Safari

Hi! It looks like my screen time is double counting some things. For example if i spend 10min on instagram.com in Safari and 15min on youtube.com then in Screen Time it’ll show up as 25min for Safari and also 10min instagram.com and 15min youtube.com. And the total screen time is 50min. This is really annoying because it gives me the wrong impression of how much I use my device and the app limits aren’t also working normally.

Is this how it’s supposed to be or is there a way to fix this :,)
