How to remove an audiogram

I'm trying to set up my AirPods 2 as hearing aids. Would like to replace a scanned professional audiogram that proved to be inaccurate with an updated manual audiogram. Can not determine how to remove the scanned version.

Hello IdrisSeabright, thank you for your response. I did some research through the Health app on my iphone. This is what I discovered: In the Health app I used the "Browse button" in the bottom right corner of the app. This is the path I used. Browse - Hearing - Audiogram. At the bottom of the Audiogram window is an option, "Show All Data". Once there, a list appeared of my entries. You can then slide to the left with your data, which then gives you an option to delete them. Sorry if any of this sounds confusing, I tried not to make it too long-winded. Thank you again for your response!
