Health Data is showing in Metric when pulled from MyChart

My issue is simple. I linked my health app to MyChart. The data comes through as metric. I've seen numerous questions about this and everyone seems to think that going to Walking + Running data and switching from KM to MI is the answer. That is literally for walking and running data. The issue is the data coming from MyChart is in metric. Every single setting, region, whatever I have is set up to be Imperial. I want to view that information in that format regardless of how it comes through. Apple Support for the Health App is nonexistent so here I am.

Why can this not be resolved since, looking through the community it is a widely known issue. Also why are clinical data not merged with any manually inputted data? I don't want to have BP pinned but it only shows something I manually inputted from earlier this year but not my BP from two days ago.

How do you get Apple to address this because it's extremely frustrating at this point.
