Phone plan problems
I have a phone plan and I’m supposed to be able to text and call but it doesn’t work! I was out in a car today and I was trying to text my friend when it doesn’t load or send. Can someone please explain?

If you have Driving Focus enabled on your phone, either because you enabled it or it was enabled by parental controls, a business or school you have an email account with, or MDM for a business-issued cell phone you can’t text while in the car driving. The phone knows when you are driving.
If this happens when you are not driving contact your carrier.
