Apple Devices Won't Sync With iPhone 15

I can not sue my iPhone 15 with Windows 10's version of iTunes or Apples Devices. Connecting to iTunes gets me a 0xE800000A error message. Apple Devices refuses to trust my iPhone. Clicking Trust just gets a spinning circle for a second, then nothing. I want to put music on my iPhone, as is my right, and I can't because Apple made the iPhone 15 incompatible with Window's apps for Apple products.
