My MacBook heating up after the update

I updated my os to macos Sequoia Version 15.1.1 few days ago. I am getting the pc overheating and slow to the max so I can’t open any app or if I open any have to wait so long to interact one step with it . Just want to know anyone have the same issue? And any fix for this. Cos I checked there is no any other updates after this

To avoid a session of Q&A, Q&A  and Q&A

Download the Application Etrecheck ( External Link ) directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid for added features.

No in my case when I plugged this to a wide monitor it started to work the fan and heat up the top area of the keyboard. It is too hot. I suspect this may happen because of the hot weather too.

Yes excessive heat will cause the computer to Throttle, become sluggish and unresponsive

If left in this state for an unspecified period of time

The computer may Shut itself off - Totally

In some cases, the operating the computer in excessive heat may or may not Fry the Logicboard

In PC Wording " Motherboard "

Then, a Trip to an Apple Genius Bar or an Apple Certified Authorized Service Centre for an expensive LogicBoard Replacement will be required.

So the original assertion " fix for this " to Sequoia seems rather unfounded and without bases

Taking on assistance to late comers gets too complained for this older mind of mine

Perhaps there are two options

What for another Contributor to review your Etrecheck Report

Or, second option, Open your Own Question which will probably gain much more personalize support from a host of Excellent Contributors on these forums
