Adding accounts to Apple Mail
I have created a proton.me email address and I am having trouble getting it recognised in Apple Mail. Am I trying something impossible?

Not quite impossible, but somewhat awkward. Proton has a help page called Proton Mail Bridge Apple Mail setup guide. They say these steps are necessary to get their mail service working the with macOS Mail application.
