iPad mini 2 stuck on iOS version 12.5.7
My ipad mini2 says version 12.5.7 is up to date version, but some apps say they need version 16. Is there an update to a version 16.

An iPad Air 1, iPad mini 2, or iPad mini 3 isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM. Try downloading the applications to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first.
