iMessages go to both my wife’s phones after latest update

My wife a personal iPhone and a work iPhone. All of a sudden my texts keep going to both her phones or even just her work phone when I text her personal phone. I’ve tried deleting her work phone from my iPhone but it is still pulling her work phone back in. How do I get my messages to only go to her personal phone????
