Monthly amounts are deducted. At first, they were small, and now they have multiplied in an exaggerated manner. I did not subscribe to anything and there is nothing I subscribe to. I want to get the payments back.

If you do not see the subscription here and you actually see the money deducted from your account, not just from a message, then your card has been compromised and you will need to contact the bank that issued you the card.
Log into the bank's website; the specific instructions vary. Even though it came from Apple, the money would have been charged to your bank if the notice is real.
