The app is not in the list of Location services on iPhone 13Pro

I have an iPhone 13 Pro, IOS 17.1.1.

I installed the Chick-fil-A app. several years ago. I removed an app and reinstalled it several times. The app is not in my iPhone's App list of Location services. When I reinstall the app it shows in the cloud, so it is not a fresh installation. I need to be recognized at sports events for redeeming items, it needs to be recognized as my location. How to fix the issue?

I’m having this same issue when I can’t redeem from sporting events. If you act like you’re about to order a “pick up”, it’ll prompt the location services. Select while on app and then go back to the rewards and it should be there.
