Unable to Restore WhatsApp chat History into iPhone 16

When I got my new iphone I followed following steps and now struggling to restore my WhatsApp chat history. I was running Dual SIMs in Android Samsung phone.

Taken WhatsApp backup on Old Samsung Phone successfully and I assumed this has been backed on google drive as Gmail ID was registered in WhatsApp.

2. Removed One SIM card from Samsung mobile and setup new iPhone and interred a Simcard.

3. Installed all Apps and WhatsApp as well.

4. When I registered whatsApp it asked me to restore from backup and I did that.

5. How after I was able to see WhastApp groups i was associated and couldn't see any chat history of any number or groups.

6. Hence I tried to perform the steps again.

7. This time after registration I restored again but it was failing again and again and I had to skip that option.

8. Now I can see only WhatsApp Groups and no chat history.

Please suggest a way to resolve this issues..
