Very rude staff. I bought iPhone 16 pro yesterday and the staff was so rude! He didn’t allow me to change the colour of my iPhone! I bought white and i was confused between dessert titanium.
He said he will just return my iPhone and forcefully asked me to purchase from another store. No one helped.
He was very rude and uncooperative.
It’s better to go to grand central always.

If you purchased an iPhone you should get a satisfaction survey in a day or two. Just fill it out honestly and you’ll get a call from a store manager.
What store was this? In what country? It doesn’t sound like an Apple store, where you will be told you can return a phone within 14 days, then buy a different one or just get your money back.
I’m sure it’s NYC. The 14th St store is in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. Grand Central store is in the station.
