iPhone prints on legal only

I have iPhone 14 and have been printing for years on my hewlett Packard with no problems. Recently, I have only been able to print on legal with no option to print on letter size. I have checked my printer for options and changed them to numerous different size options but when I print from iPhone or iPad it still prints on legal paper.
