Login to new Macbook after migration from Windows - what password???

Just bought a new MacBook Air, finished transferring files from my Windows PC and now I have this on my screen. I assumed it was my Microsoft password, as that is what the profile picture is linked to, but this does not work. It does not say anything else but my name, which is not helping!

And as there is also no option to reset password, I am at all effects unable to access my brand new laptop.

Help please!

Passwords are not linked to profile pictures. The password for your MBA is whatever you set it up to be for your user account when you set up the computer.
