Hi, the model of printer is HP Officejet 4255 all-in one , after the the update as in object, it doesn't work...... :(

Go to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Local Network and see if there are any options there that need to be enabled.
So have you checked HP’s support site for the Officejet 4255
Looks like there was firmware update this past June.
Ok done. But didn't work too... :(
