eSIM disconnection on iPhone XS Max

I use xs max and have a physical sim in it and eSIM as well but the eSIM keeps disconnecting or turns off and in no time and the other will also go out network signal…this as been happening to the phone for the past month now and it worries….

I'm using the eSIM for the LTE (4G) connection. The connection quality is not good. It keep disconnecting randomly : Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8: Packets: Sent = 3695, Received = 2701, Lost = 994 (26% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 42ms, Maximum = 3389ms, Average = 68ms When I use the first SIM for LTE, it works perfectly. I have another phone with a physical SIM same as the provider as my eSIM and it works perfectly too. The issue is only with LTE throught my eSIM. I escalated to the network provider but nothing identified at their end. it seems that the phone is not stable when LTE is through eSIM. My iOS version is 17.2.1. Please help.

2 esim not working simultaneously I have 2 lines on iphone 12 pro. I used to have a physical sim and an esim. Both lines could be on simultaneously. I just migrated the physical sim to an esim and i can only turn one line at a time: why? Automatically the other line goes to off: how can i fix it?

Hello, does iPhone 13 mini supports two eSIMs simultaneously with no psysical SIM? Does iPhone 13 mini supports two eSIMs simultaneously with no psysical SIM? I had one eSIM and decided to replace the physical one with eSIM but something happened and the second one did not apearred to work. So i am wondering if the issue comes from the phone or from service provider?

What iOS version is your iPhone using? Have you discussed the issue with your cellular provider?

iOS 17.1…I have spoken with my network providers and said there’s no fault with eSIM but the disconnection of the eSIM keeps happening and affecting my work…I need help

If you’re on iOS 17.1, as you state, you need to update to iOS 18.1.1 if possible.
